My experience at Maryvale High School has been academically and personally enriching. My school life at Maryvale High School, Kinnigoli began on a challenging note due to the Covid pandemic, but we were still able to continue learning through online classes and lesson videos. Over time, school life became more engaging with numerous competitions, both within the school and at inter-school level. We also had vibrant cultural activities like Annual Day and Sports Day, which added excitement and joy to our school days. One of the most memorable moments for me was becoming the School Leader in Grade 10, which gave me a chance to grow in confidence and responsibility. I was also blessed with great friends who stood by me in times of need and shared in all the fun and naughtiness, making those years even more special. The teachers were always supportive and encouraging, making my high school journey truly meaningful.

My time at Maryvale School was a truly enriching experience, a journey filled with academic discovery and personal growth. The peaceful school ambience fostered a passion for learning. My teachers were my mentors who helped me develop all round personality. I particularly and personally cherish the memories of my Primary headmistress, who was so compassionate, who even taught me to relish and empty my tiffin in the afternoon, which otherwise I would carry back home. Maryvale was a home away from home that taught me the importance of discipline, cooperation and giving back to society. These experiences have shaped me into the person I am today and I will always look back on my school life with fondness. Long live Maryvale.
