Investiture Ceremony 2026-27

The Investiture Ceremony of Maryvale School, Kinnigoli, was held with great pride and enthusiasm. The programme began with the dignified entry of the newly elected student leaders, who were escorted by the school band.

The ceremony commenced with a warm welcome address by Rishika. This was followed by the lighting of the ceremonial lamp by the Headmistress, Sr. Shanthi Flavia Menezes, invoking God’s blessings for the successful functioning of the student council.

The newly elected leaders were then invested with badges and entrusted with their responsibilities. During the oath-taking ceremony, the student council members solemnly pledged to discharge their duties with sincerity, dedication, and integrity.

A special speech was delivered by Sonal D’Souza, who highlighted the importance of leadership and service. This was followed by the opposition speech by Siana D’Souza, who shared her thoughts and encouraged the leaders to work for the welfare of all students.

The Headmistress, Sr. Shanthi Flavia Menezes, addressed the gathering and congratulated the newly elected leaders. She urged them to lead by example, uphold the values of the school, and carry out their responsibilities with commitment and confidence.

The ceremony concluded on a positive note, inspiring the student leaders to serve the school community with dedication and enthusiasm. The event was a memorable occasion that celebrated leadership, responsibility, and teamwork.
